Description

Large, well-known hospice in Fresno, California is seeking a dynamic, visionary leader with skills and abilities to lead a successful entity regarded by many as a “community treasure."  The CEO is responsible for developing, articulating and implementing the mission, vision and goals for the hospice. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years leadership and management experience with a strong emphasis in fiscal management, fund development and strategic planning.  The CEO is expected to be a visible community leader in addition to being responsible for the administrative activities and operation of the hospice. Candidate must show an ability to work effectively with a nonprofit board, volunteers and staff.  Applicant must have a master’s degree in health services or other related heathcare or business experience. Compensation DOE.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in health services or other related healthcare/business experience
  • 5 years leadership and management experience with fiscal development responsibility
  • Health care experience
