The CEO is responsible for developing, articulating and implementing the mission, vision and goals for the hospice. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years leadership and management experience with a strong emphasis in fiscal management, fund development and strategic planning. The CEO is expected to be a visible community leader in addition to being responsible for the administrative activities and operation of the hospice. Candidate must show an ability to work effectively with a nonprofit board, volunteers and staff.
