Local community bank looking for an experienced Vice President & Manager of the Real Estate Lending Unit.  The position is responsible for the development, underwriting and management of the following types of real estate loans: commercial term, commercial construction, single family construction, single family term. Will manage all functions of the officers and staff assigned to the unit in compliance with all personnel policies as well as Federal and State laws and regulations.
