We have an immediate position for an experienced HVAC field foreman. The job responsibilities include safely supervising a crew of 2-10 co-workers in the installation of dry side HVAC systems and equipment. This position requires experience in overseeing projects up to $2,000,000. Foreman are required to do take-offs, schedule manpower, order materials and equipment, while meeting deadlines and budgets. Must be knowledgeable in applicable OSHA standards, SMACNA codes, plan reading and job specifications. Position requires the ability to plan ahead, multi-task, and work with other trades through project completion. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with supervisors, co-workers and general contractors, attention to detail, and be willing to work out of town and function in a hands on capacity.
