Youer Than You!!

March 2 was Dr. Seuss’s birthday!! My daughter-in-law posted on Facebook the following: “Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”

That made me smile, and I shared it with my teammates at BennettFrost…it brought a smile to all of our faces. And as I reflected on the statement I thought “Youer than You”… that felt good. I like being Youer than You!! We have an office full of individuals who are really comfortable being Youer than You and it creates a wonderful working environment. That sentiment allows our team to relate to a very diverse group of individuals and situations…some very stressful, but each one of the “Yous” in our office manages the stress well so it does not impact our clients or field associates.

We are often complimented for the comfortable environment we create here at BennettFrost. I was working on a project in my office earlier today and heard laughter and fun coming from the reception area. A former field associate had stopped in to say hello and let us know what was happening in her life. She was welcomed back into our office, but more important to me was the fact that her experience with BennettFrost was like family and she wanted to update us on her newest successes.

Often times someone will say “it was just a temporary service,” but I like to think with our unique group of team members we become much more to everyone we touch.

To say I am proud of this team is truly an understatement. They keep me on my toes, but I enjoy all the “Yous”!!
